You have to understand, ZXTuner is like a 2 man deep operation. I use to get upset about it too, but then I just learned to be patient, or take my chances on EBay . . . I ended up sticking with Rob at ZXTuner!

I bought an exhaust cam from Rob. It took around 8 to 10 weeks to receive.

There was contact. The process just took a while. I was looking for an exhaust cam with the High Torque II profile, but at the time, ZXtuner didn't have it listed as an option on their site. So I called and spoke with Rob. He said it woudn't be a problem, but that he would first have to source an exhaust cam and then send it to Web Cam. It took 8-10 weeks from the conversation I had with Rob until the camshaft arrived at my door.

I ordered cams from zxtuner 41 days ago.... have had no contact... starting to worry... no response to emails. no answer when I call... their voicemail is full so i can't even leave a message...
