First of all, will they install into a non fog light bumper? And secondly, how would you go about wiring these things? Is the wiring already there like on Capri's, or would I kill myself trying to wire them?

Yes, the factory fog lamps they install on a non-fog light bumper, I have a non-fog light bumper, even though my car came with fog lamps. As far as I know, the car should be wired for fog lamps even if they are not installed, the only change I am aware of is the switch for the headlamps/foglamps/turn signals would need to be changed.

If you go this way make SURE to use a relay not just straight wire them ..

there is no need for a relay just wire them in to the wire that doesn't do the blinking.

While not NECCASSARY it is the smart thing to do.. Not only will they draw FULL power with a relay making them burn at full intensity (brighter) it also prevents overlaoding the wires and circuit for the park lights.
