First off, you should post in the correct place...

I'd go with a header and UDP. Those will give you a swift kick of performance. Also unplug the knock sensor.

Isan't unplugging the knock sensor in the end just gonna hurt my engine more?
Idk i think its just a bomz intake...

It won't hurt, plenty of people do it. UDP, rsb, I'd change the intake, suspension if you haven't already, rear disc

rear disc is pointless....

improves gas milage and throttle responce, costs less than $10.00 and will pay for it's self in about 3 tanks of fuel.

I can stop fine as it is. No need to drop $300 for a better looking break setup

Yeah I was talking about the brakes, and I doubt they'd cost you 300 unless you're getting them from zxtuner

I would have to get a full rear disk setup

Our big drum brakes in the back are more than substantial for stopping. Don't blow money on something that in the end isn't going improve anything. Our drums are probably the best for sport compacts

discs arent needed but id much rather have them for looks/ and when brake changing time comes. Pads are so much easier. Id get a udp, header, 21mm rsb...

Changing rear shoes is too hard every 100,000+ miles or so?
Get discs for the rear, by all means!!!!
Modify your intake. There are many variations of the Keman mod that will help. Stock paper filters are great - don't waste your money on a K+N or similar.
Unplug your knock sensor. Just do it.
Get a UDP an belt.
Get a 19mm rear sway bar - either new or used from a boneyard. You'll like this mod as much or better than power producers - really.
Gt a free flowing muffler for a stock exhaust. From $20 to $200. I recommend a cheaper one, but get it as big as you can that will fit, so it doesn't sound like poo.
You should have enough left for a tank of gas.

If the guy only has $400 bucks then a rear disc swap would be pretty stupid. The improvement is not that great and he would be broke. Do the knock sensor(free), UDP, 19mm RSB, muffler as Mech says and you will prolly have enough left for a short throw shifter.
