inlet and exhaust toothed pulley question...

i saw somewhere on here or on cardomain where someone replaced or had their inlet and exhaust toothed pulleys either replaced or had them powdercoated a nice red to go with their color scheme under the hood.

anyone know if they make aftermarket pulleys that are colorcoated?
can they be removed and redone yourself?

how hard is it to remove them and do it yourself?

ummm...i found this diagram online and im only repeating what it said...

but i guess they are the cam gears...

I wouldn't do it because of any possible dimension changes of where the gear mates to the cam, or teeth to the belt.
