It came out of my zx2 and it has the speed from the s/r model wich goes to 150mph. It has 80057 miles on it work perfect and looks like new. if you have a manual transmision you can make the car ungoverned really easy and you can see how fast the zx2 can go with this speedo but with the other one 120mph you can't because zx2 top speed is 149mph.

One of two things.

1. Some one changed the S/R needles color similar to how everyone else changes them red.
2. Someone had a regular cluster, and put an s/r overlay over it.

I doubt it... I just dont think 150hp is going to be able to push it. Heck my camaro take awhile to get there and its got 400hp. and is just as areo dynamic. Theres just WAY to much wind resistance at that speed. and if you did your motor would NOT be happy about running 6k for ten mins.

I don't know exactly how fast I was going but was messing around with a friends T/A. He was behind me and I asked him how fast we were going cause I was topped out at 120 or whatever...he said we were accellerating from 130. I can see...That being said this was back when I was 19ish.

all s/rs were pa ... ta sa da etc were all stock 120's iirc the sa da ca were distinquised buy the 98 coolant light in them teh 99-2002 w/o coolant light and the 03 with teh funcitonal upshift light.

I have pegged my mph too when next to a friend doing around 135ish. There was a video of a s/r i beleive doing 140ish up there.
