My right front has this horrible squeak. everytime I turn right it does it really bad and when i turn left its not so bad. Replaced inner and outer tie rods and replaced the shock and strut. Still this annoying squeak. Think its a cv axle. Car hasn't been acting like it though?

Probably the ball joint.
Our ball joints are super easy to replace, and moderate in price.
If that's the problem, do both sides at the same time and see if you need an alignment.
