I did custom intake. (routed tile line from the front of the car to the air pick up) and the Kamen intake. Basicly see my mods list in my sign minus suspension items.

try a higher grade fuel and see what kind of economy you get, since you have the sr pcm you may notice gains with higher grades of fuel

Aren't the sr's premium only?

That S/R should use mid grade fuel, but you might get away with regular.
In any event, unplug the knock sensor and try mid grade.
Inflate your tires a few pounds above the stock recommendations - like 34-35 front and back.
23 is rather low for our cars.
Fresh Motorcraft spark plugs and a new air filter should help. Maybe your O2 sensor is getting lazy an dyou should get a new front one, and also try cleaning your MAF with spray MAF cleaner. It is easy to remove to do this.

And of course, check and repair all vacuum lines and intake leaks.

If the toe in is off, carrying excess weight and the most important, the driver all have an effect on mileage. Traffic conditions , do you let your car idle a lot. There are so many things. All of the things everyone has said will help.

Very good point.
Alignment is often overlooked in the quest for better gas mileage. It is important for drag and MPGs as well as tire life.
