Question on Turbo and vacuum

Ok once you get all the piping sorted out do you just cap off the vacuum connections on the intake manifold?

And do you have to do something else with the hoses that were connected or do you just remove the hoses and cap them off as well?

I beleive I connected all the hose back to the manifold.

Except the one on the bottom for the PCV valve. Connected that on the intake before the turbo.
