Do you have to have so many posts to recieve PM's? I tried PM'ing someone and it said that they cannot recieve em... jw. thanks!

Probably the same reason I am flabergasted that there are still posts being made saying the same thing. OMG my post count. ARG I am sooo angry I had to reregister. This ONLY effects me. BLAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH.
