To anyone in the area willing to make a road trip, in the near future I can use some install help. I have purchased a set of Ksport coilovers and would like an extra set of hands to make life a little bit easier. I am not sure of exactly when I will install (hopefully 5/10/08) but that is tentative on when thye arrive and the fact that my wife is near popping pregnant. Hit me up and let me know. If you are of age beer is a possibility and food and drink will be given.

Yes, except now the struts I need to use are well beyond their effective life. I will update this post to let you know exactly when I plan on doing the swap. I appreciate any help. (I will post directions as well when I know I am going to do the swap)

The beer is merely an incentive to hopefully get someone to come down if they are old enough to drink. Food and drink will be available in any case.

Jay i would def come down and help, catch up and all too, but depends on the date your able to do it...This coming weekend i work and the weekend after that my car is going under the knife itself. So when you find out the date, i'll see what i can do about getting down there.

Lets see... I ordered the Ksports (on 4/30) but have not got them yet. So the date is still up in the air. As far as my GC's are concerned, I am not sure of what I am doing with them at the moment. I kind of need to keep them incase the Ksports do not live up to my expectation(i.e. the leaking that people mention to watch out for). So we will see wut happens. Thanks for the responses so far guys!

Okay, the Ksports came in. If anyone is interested in working on them this weekend let me know which day would be best for you, then I can decide which day to install. I also will be doing new rotors and pads, and maybe my fuel pump.

I would love to travel out, but my wife and I have a newborn, the back is too low to drive any considerable distance, I don't know for sure yet if my brake line problem will be solved by then, and I have some nice air tools that would be a-shame not to put to good use.

I had no idea there were other Pleasantvilles. Yes, I am right outside of AC. Thanks Dave, if you can make it I will help learn you on the coilovers. I really am in need of a second set of hands to help manauver bolts into place and maybe help with lifting parts into place as well. I need to lower the front a little before I get an alignment, plus you could be the only other ZXtuner to get to experience the Ksports.

Cool just let me know. I figure we have about an hour of actual work tops. No hard feelings as to whenever you need to leave (wife and I have a 2 week old, so me "playing" with the car can be touchy andyway) Unfortunately I do not have AIM on the home computer but I check this site all the time.
