I just got this zx2. Everything on it is stock right now. I want to make it look pretty cool, but the less I have to spend the better (no kidding lol).

The thing is, I live in northern michigan. We have brutal (and i mean BRUTAL) winters. Brutal winters and bad roads = bad for a kit, no?

I lived in Roscommon Michigan for 24 years. I knwo how the roads get and how bad the weather gets. A kit isnt BAD or anything, it all depends on teh driver I guess

WW, dropped, rims, tint
Fixed it for you.

The drop is recommended after the kit, otherwise you end up with this...

Put the kit to the last of the line, since that involves more work then the 1st 3.

Tint, Drop, Rims, Kit

And throw in the keman intake mod and knocker mod in there as well.

Yeah I plan on those. I have a thread in the power section where people suggested what to do under my hood. header, exhaust, powder pulley, keman intake, knocker mod

oh, didn't know that

Body kit means installation, and paint. Which paint isn't cheap. But nor are rims and tires. But the car will look better stock body with rims then with a body kit and swirlies. This way you don't have to drive around looking odd while you save up for rims.

Man if I was stil in Michigan, I would install and fit your kit for ya for nothing. Paint isnt going to be bad if you go to like MACCO or something.

inch size is your preference on what it looks like 15" will give u a stock size kinda like ImCrazy i think but most people i think on here have 17"

also a kit isnt bad in winter it is all about the driver, i live in wisconsin and we get shit loads of snow too.

by the way how much are most people paying to get tint done

ive been quoted for like 175

18's for the car show weekends, 17's for the cruise, and 15's for the race day!

Definitely go with the wheels and drop first. With the drop I recommend Sprint, I haven't noticed a lot of guys take much about them but they give a 1.8 drop front and back, and they have a great ride, I have had mine on for about 6 years and I love them now as much as then. Wheels, really depend on what you are looking for, the driver has some bearing but bad roads are no friend to 17 or 18. I am running with the 15" EGT 7 spokes, I used to have the Tenzo R SHU-4, with 15 I have a smoother ride but still get good handling with 205/50/15, I think that ultimately 16 would be better, but in the end it is all about the look you want.
My car is T-Red as well, I peeled my pinstripe, and painted my mirrors, if you want to paint the mirrors and make it look it came factory that way just take off the mirror shell (don't actually remove the mirror, if you look you can see the it is two pieces) and paint that with the rattle can paint that is coded to our car or a close match. Wet sand to remove any orange peel, then clear it, sand some more, then buff. Looks much better IMO. You can check mine out here
