I know I've read before that an engine will kill it self without a proper tune when running a turbo, but I've seen a few guys running base tunes. Would this be ok to run for a while or would it just cause problems in the long run? Also, how much of a difference will I see with a bigger injectors or are bigger ones a necessity to even get it running? I know I sound like a cheep ass, but I just want my car done!!

By base tune, they do not mean factory tune. They mean a tune that has not been properly datalog'd/dyno tuned.

Bigger injectors are a must for turbo aplications unless you just want to slap on a housing and have no boost.

and as for cheap,.... there is an old saying. You can pay me now, or you can pay me later. Meaning, Tune now costing X amount of dollars, or fix your car and have to tune it later costing X*3 dollars

the smallest injector to go with is 24lb if you plan on putting out 180hp (smallest turbo zx2 I've seen). 19lb won't go past 165hp
