haha, an old friend once told me, "all women are prostitutes they will get your money either way, either your buying them dinner or a house or whatever, just go buy a hooker @ least you will get the sex you want"
sorry off topic,
Anyways the B&M type shifters are a PITA to install and uninstall IIRC the twm is easy as butter I could install one in about 30 minutes if everything went well.

^^ x2
The cut shifter isn't that bad...lol
There are ppl on there that are using it. I did before I got my Fidanza one....which btw is pretty cheap. You can get them at Andysautosport.com or sportcompactonly.com pretty cheap. Cost me maybe $50.
I'd try the ebay one....and let us know how it goes. The only bad things that i've heard about any ebay shifter is that it can break if your doing alot of hard shifting.

Chances are no matter what you're going to end up with a TWM. So just save up until you can afford one instead of wasting your time and money on something else.

I got one of their weighted shift knobs. It's great! I bought the shifter w/knob combo deal and then got a student discount on top of that so the cost was reasonable. I am using an s/r shift boot.

I don't think you'll need the es bushings... The only thing you'll need that doesn't come with the TWM is some grease. Just pick up a small pack/tube at autozone or whatever.

yeah i don't have the es stuff on mine. you wont regret getting the twm, however some knobs require you modifying the shifter or the knob. I will be getting a couple '99 S/R knobs in the mail today and i'll be trying to make them work with out modifying the shifter....

Not without modding, it's the same as the S/R.
