Tell me, this a good e-bay intake? Not sure how to compare good e-bay to bad e-bay. I just know that I want my filter to be closer to the road than the other ones on e-bay.

I like the design, it reminds me a lesser version of the MMI.

I would buy it. Better than almost every ebay intake I have seen.

oh? no problems yet? I have a lot of friends that will help me put it on, once it arrives. What sort of mod was necessary? Did it not fit down near the the filter? That's what I was wondering about.

I would recommend it for your first intake and then step up to an Iceman or Weapon-r the dual stage version.

weapon-r = FUCKIN CRAP.

if you want some foam chunks in your engine ... go for the weapon-r... an aging weapon-r foam filter can felt apart and be eaten by you engine..... it did append to some friends

The elbow to the throttle body doesn't look like it's the greatest, but the rest of it looks decent. I wouldn't put the 90 degree bend in there, since they really don't do anything but add some resistance to the engine sucking in air.
