im just wondering what springs rates everyone is using on the gc's?

Also what is the s/r eibach spring rates??

Im wanting some gc's but i dont know what rate to get, i know 300/225 is the standard for our car but i kinda want to get into autoxing

i'll be using 420/380 when i order them later this summer. better tires are coming first ;)
