As a seasoned tournament player (and soon to be professional), I highly recommend a local sale for that draxxus paint. Shipping won't be temperature controlled and there is no telling what will happen to them when shipped.

However, that is some good paint.

4GB yes. Its not meant for heavy applications. It is a budget PC with internet, IM, a word processor, spreadsheet, etc and a few basic games. Runs linux. Works great. Its flash memory so if you drop it , it shouldnt break
