I'm looking to buy forged pistons and rods for a zetec motor. Also piston rings and rod bearings. Does anyone have some recomendations on where to get them? Or maybe do you have any for sale. Looking to spend under $650.

Low compression, anything lower than stock compression or equal to.

What sort of power are you looking to put down?
I have SVT internals(rods and pistons) SMC billet main caps, ARP Main bolts, and SVT oil squirters for the bottem end.
The internals are good up 350 IIRC. The caps can handle more then that tho.

I have Crower Connecting rods for sale... good for I think 700whp... PM me... we could work out a deal for sure... I need to get rid of these cause I'm buying a completely built engine
Here is a link to the Rods on ebay

If you want them you have to let me know fast and I'd take them off ebay, I have a lot of watchers on the rods... I'd rather give them to a guy on teamzx2 :)

Yeah this stuff is not cheap. I just dropped 5 bills on pistons alone.
And if your going to build the engine you need ALOT of supporting things.
Look to pay at least 1.3-5k for a fully built motor.
The SVT internals are your only cheap way out.

I know the cheap way out isn't always the best way. But, thats the route I'm going to end up going. Looking to run about 10 PSI with a t3/t4, not sure what kind of power that would put down. Svt internal's it is.

You don't need billet caps for 300 HP.

But its a safe precaution.... plus if he decides to upgrade, he already has em.

cheaper way is to look for i think its the 95 or 96 and older contour zetec mains.. LOT beefier than our stock ones.. and still cheaper than the billets.. on his budget thats gonna be the cheaper way ...

Not really, most junk yards wont let you buy parts of a complete motor.
But hes buying mine, and getting a GREAT deal. So its done.
