Go get carburetors if you want to cut your gas mileage in half.
Port our intake or get a racing one for our car. You'll be way ahead [but not in coolness].

Yeah, I was going to say... This isn't even an ITB setup. If you want to make your car carburetted, be my guest... But just know that technologically it's a step backwards. It might be easier to tune (since you can change fueling with a screwdriver), but as far as max power, you can't beat fuel injection.
