Ok well here we are in the 2008 year and its getting nice so lets do this again. It should be a better turn out this year. But either way we all have a good time so.....

I am pretty sure that the "Back to the 50's" car show is the same weekend so...I have heard that University down by Porky's gets quite crouded at night after the car show so... If everyone is up for it, or atleast whom ever is still around at about 6pm want to all cruise down to Uni and hang out for a while and watch the cars I am game. But this is only if people want to . I WILL NOT make people leave early that dont want to cruise just so some of us can. Its just an idea like I said.
If anyone else has any ideas to make this day that much better throw them out there!

lol...it's enough notice, its just that during the summer I work at Tobies in Hinckely. Weekends are the busiest times, and thats lunch time. Im thinking...I'll work an 8-4 shift, then shoot down afterwards. That'll put me there around 5ish, and if ya plan on going down i'm definetly game. Uni is a blast and all, BUT, I can think of some better places. (Plato and Spring Lake BLVD. are just a few that come to mind) There at least there is some action going on...

Eeesh, hope I didn't give off the vibe that I hang out with not-cool people :P Nah, they're cool as hell. I used to work Jeremy, the with the FC, and Jon (guy with either the old shelby or the new mustang) is the manager at the Lids in Burnsville Center where I work. Stops in all the time to shoot the shit. Cool people for sure.

I know the guy with the FC will most definatly be down for the BBQ, so count him in. I and Angie are for sure going to be coming too. I just have to get back to you about the 3rd guy.

And the rears went in like a charm. Took all of 20 minutes to do. Only thing that went "wrong" was when I snapped the bottom in. The right side went just fine, so I thought the left was lined up - I hit it with my hand and broke a small black piece around the outside of the slot. No big deal, still went in just fine and still clicked in. Looks great. I have picts on my phone that I just took today that I think shows them well.

And the back to the 50's show I think is actually Carcraft summer nationals. Heard through the gf's dad who builds muscle cars. He might be up at porky's that night too if he can be :D

It's not so much about a timeing concern for me. I only work for 4-5 months out of the year at this job, and usually its non-stop work. Also, im pretty sure thats Hinckely's Carnival weekend, in which case, I have already been informed to not even bother to ask for the day off. It sucks, I know, but I will ask around tomo when I start to see what the scheduler could set me up for...
