hey everone ,there used to be a how to or something on how to gwt your z to stop shaking ,can someone put it up if they have it or tell me where to look becouse ive looked everywhere

simple... with the car running ... grasp the key and turn it COUNTER CLOCKWISE to the OFF position.. remove the key from the ignition switch.. VIOLA... not shacking anymore ... amazing... ..simple cheap and effective..

well u cant really get it to stop shaking it is a shaker car.
They are notorious for vibration. cant realy help it but get used to it.

yes solid mts will make it MUCH WORSE .... a good tune up and check your motor mounts .. also make sure the ac isnt on.. and a torque dampener MAY help a lil

There is a service bullitin out and "improved" motor mounts that allow the motor to move around more. The summary of the bullitin is to put in the "improved" motor mounts then torque the mounts using a specific sequence. It should help for a little while. I believe the 2000 and up had the revised motor mounts. Also, I've got an excessive number of miles on mine and the motor mounts are pretty much shot and move around like crazy, so the shaking has almost disapeared, good and bad though. I pulled some motor mounts out of a 2000 from the local U-pull it to try out when I put in a new trans.
