Lookin to do a pots install tonight, any suggestions on which pots to use? Also wanting to put inline switches in, so they can e switched on and off. I've read through both write-ups, but still a little unsure of a couple things.

I'd use resistors instead of Potentiometers. Less screwing around.
40 k ohms for the ECT, and 50 k ohms for the IAT.

Did you just wire them on a switch so you can turn them on and off?

I'd also like to know more about this. i want to try pots for a bit see how it is.

that's a horrible assumption. Not everyone has that kind of money to spend on an escort. If you can't contribute to the thread don't post.
On another note, I used to have a graphic i drew up in paint of how to wire it up, I'll see if I still have it somewhere.

I know there was a website that had photo's of this too, but can't seem to find it anymore. It did make it a little easier to understand. Still haven't done it, but i think i have a good idea on how to do it now.
