Ok so this girl I work with has a 1989 Chrysler Lebaron convertible. It has 93,000 miles on it and Jill said the only thing she knows wrong with it is it needs a new radiator. She said it might have more damage, but not that she knows of. Jill said she hit a large pothole repeatedly on her street so what else should I look for?
Oh and she only wants $200. Worth it? I could either sell it for more or give it to my brother. What you guys think?

She hit a LARGE pothole REPEATEDLY???? I don't know much about Chryslers, so I'm going to leave the opinion of the car thing alone.

I try not to research Chryslers too much. $200 bucks though is a decent deal it seems. Might be able to get 1000+ for it if you clean it up some.

Not true mellow! A buddy of mine had a green lebaron ragtop/convert. It was a nice car, for the most part. They have an issue with the convertable motor in them, but everything else was solid. Grab it for 200! The worst case scenario is you put 100-200$ into it, and some time to get it running, and sell it for 800$+. Easy turn around. + Lebarons aren't bad on gas at all.

Hm well as far as I know the motor is fine since I've seen her driving around with it down. Any idea how hard it is to replace the radiator? And costs of the part?

Ask if she will take 100 for it and a smack in the face.
Then take the fucking thing offroading and have a good time.
After its all fucked up and undrivable, call a scrap yard. Most will tow it away for you and give you at least 100 bucks for it.

Would it happen to be one of the turbocharged models? You can do stupid thing with those engines. http://www.turbododge.com/

I hope so. I'm going to ask her when I see her next.
Anyone know what kind of numbers these things put out?

Many of the LeBarons of that vintage had a 2.5 liter turbo engine. Some might have had a 2.2 turbo and there was a Shelby option with high output, larger intercooler, etc. My brother is a huge Chrysler/Jeep fan and had one of these years ago until little problems added up. It was an interesting car to ride around in...
If the engine is running, no turbo, compression, blow-by problems, etc. and no transmission problems it sounds like a good buy. However, these engines are not that cheap to rebuild when problems happen, cylinder heads warp, etc.
The other big problem is the motorized convertible top and the top itself. The motors do burn out and check to see if teh top needs to be replaced.
See if she'll let you take a spirited test drive (with the car, but if she's willing to give you a spirited ride afterwards, go for it...) You'll have to decide if the car is worth it and if noticeable problems occur...
