My wife's Sunfire has the sprayers on the wiper arms. They seem to work better and don't leave spots on your hood in front of the nozzles.
I've always wanted to get a junk set of Cavalier/Sunfire wiper arms to give it a try on my ZX2 since the cars are similar in size and width (meaning arms won't be too long for Z's windshield).
The Beretta was a slightly bigger car, but give it a shot. You can only find out my trying to put them on. I doubt anyone else here has tried it with those wipers.

^not really when i can pull them off cars for a few bucks for a set from a junk yard. I don't want to make it look tacky with hose all over when the beretta hides it all inside the arm.
