So my partner and I are on duty (I'm a Security Patrol officer, Not a Cop). We recieved a noise complaint form one of our properties. We arrived to find easily 200 people in the apartment and outside around it. So we speak to the resident and have the party shut down. So now we have approx 170 people outside, and 30 inside.

We'll my partner and I are standing at the front door when we hear chanting of "Fight! Fight! Fight!", so we both look at each other and line up next to the door prepared for a riot, as its happened before. All of the sudden you hear a thunk, someone or thing hits the floor. So my partner and I get authorization and we go into the apartment. On the 2nd floor and start getting everyone out. Well, these 3 known trouble makers start leaving the and walk right by me.

And one of these little bastards kisses and licks his fingers and touched my cheek with it. I had to backup my partner, but afterwords I went down stairs and contacted the guy, got his ID. Just as the police arrived. The police reamed this guy; he admited to it; and I coulda pressed charges. I chose not too; excess paperwork for cops and me, etc. So the cop tells him to walk his bike home, he goes ok and goes to leave.

Then the cops leaves, and the guy comes back, and we kick him off again. So he starts cursing at us as he leaves property. Then he starts riding his back; baaaad move. We stopped and detained the guy, and jammed him real good. Then had PD come out again and jam him. It was a pretty bad night; this was just the first case like this, there was another. I ended up chasing the other guy.

First time this shits every happened to me; next time i have the right to break their arm. By God i'm gonna do it.

^

Probably right, I wonder how many idiots get off easy because law enforcement doesn't want to deal with the paperwork.

Pressing charges is more then that; Its hard to charge someone with battery, or assualt when theres no damage done. So I would have to justify to a court, and possibly jury how him touching me was either assualt or battery (if he chose to fight it). So Its a bit more then paperwork, plus I'd have to explain how when he touched me initially I didn't act then (I was backing up my partner).

The proper way of handleing this would have been when he first touched me to either A. Mace him, B. Taze (Didn't have my tazer dang it.). Or throw him into the wall and drag him down the stairs and handcuff him. The press full charges; but because of my failure to act so quickly. Its hard to justify assault or battery to a jury/judge.

He will; His buddy did. It came in the form of an Open Bottle citation. 100$ a month. Trust me he will, he coulda gotten the lady in the apartment evicted too.

If people don't comply with us, or do crap like that. They can get an immediant eviction; because in their lease (that they don't read). it says if they mess with us, they can get evicted.
