you could just make your own.. like 5 bucks for the stuff at radioshack

radio shack numbers
2761388 pc board terminal qty1
2760148 icb 90 pc board qty 1
2721434 1 mfd cap qty 2
2711356 pk5 1meg 1/4w

anyone wanna stickie this or move it..
