Dumb kid doesn't know what he's missing. I learned stick about a year ago in one night when our driver got drunk and I was the only one sober enough to drive home. It was a stick, I had never driven one before and we were in San Francisco! That is how I learned, now I drive one better than most people I know

I learned to drive a stick when my parents bought me my first car. It was an Escort GT turbo. They called and said I had to pick it up, I had to drive it if I wanted a car. Got there, opened the door and went "Why does it have 3 pedals?" That was a fun experience.

I learned on my S/R...

Bought it as my first car, brother, sister, and a friend drove to SC with me all the way from Chicago to pick it up... that was fun!!! my parents were on Vacation, I didn't tell them I was going to buy a car... they came home early... I wasn't around... yea, fun day when I got back :) lol
