install kit

i priced a install kit for my stereo headunit an it was 65 bucks. anyone have any ideas how not to spend 65 bucks on a piece of plastic.

You mean the wires? Or the face plate?

You could always look around here. I got my faceplate for $35 a year or two ago. The one wire was cut, so I don't have lights on my hvac controls. However, I know where they are, so I am fine with it.
