Just for good measure, I'm about to buy a HSK BOV from one of my friends. It has a 10psi. spring in it. I was planning on 8psi. or so since I am on stock internals. I'm building this on a budget, if I have to I can just buy a new spring, but what it the max psi I would could run without running in to problems?

Lol I know I realize homemade turbo cars are hard to make reliable. Especially cars that were never meant to be turboed. I've got a '96 scort just waitin for me to make in to a DD.

Tiny lol

That turbo isn't tiny, a T25 is tiny. 10 psi on a Super 60 is really pushing the limit. Stick with 8 and make sure your AAA membership is up to date.
