its broken

ok the shifter goes in this tube with the bushings and a spring and then that goes into another tube will it broke off that tube

what should i do anyway to fix it???

I think he is saying the isolator bushing came out of the shifter housing. It is common because it isn't secured very well at all. Many have drilled holes and bolted it on. Some have used epoxy or JB Weld to hold the bushing in. Whatever you choose to do, remove it first so that you can keep everything lined up while you work, especially if you plan to use JB Weld or epoxy.
