Im doing this for a demonstration speech in my sophomore speech class. keep in mind this is to a classroom of people that have no clue about painting/ anything automotive. I do know there are more steps to this.
tell me if this sounds good or not or if im missing anything major.

I'm going to assume your outline will be seen by the teacher and also graded along with the speech presentation. That's how my classes were, so if you think I'm being overly-picky with grammar, that's why. ;)
You may want to re-word #2 under Prep. I understand you mean wax remover and/or grease remover, but to the layperson, they may think you mean a wax OR a grease remover.
2. Use a wax/grease remover to remove the dirt that is not water soluble.
2. Use a grease and wax remover to remove...
Also, under Paint, I'd change:
- However 2 coats will do the job.
To something like:
"A minimum of two coats will be needed."
Yeah I'm being picky with the wording on that one, but it sounded like one point being broken into two.
Showcars = Show cars (2 words)
Atleast = at least (2 words)
*a few missed commas and extra spaces in a few place.
The last sentence, you should eliminate one of the uses "nice" and replace with another word. It just sounds redundent.
Finally, shouldn't you wait at least 30 days before applying wax so that the paint can cure sufficiently? (Unless it's baked) I was always also told so by painters and followed that advice.
Overall, great job. I didn't see anything major that you missed other than the waxing issue.

I haven't opened the file, cause I'm busy, but if it's a good, complete write-up, I can add it to our how-to section.

i've never really messed with mixing ratios. I've always done it by looking. I have some paint in my garage, so I can find the mixing ratios to add.

I have a huge how-to I made on painting a car... I'll revise it with new info and post it for you in the how-to section.
