It is 3.5" at the inlet and 3" at the other end. I am looking for $200 shipped and am selling because I can not afford to have my chip re-tuned for it. This used to be on Boss' car then MrWeeyums.

I saw the pics and htought it looked familiar. It didn't stay on my car for long. I think it was originally for a pre 99.5 4 wire MAF ZX2.

How could I get it to work with a 6-wire? any pros or cons switching to a 4-wire MAF?

Just switch the MAF meters.

Just switch the MAF meters.
You for got about having to change the pigtails, and putting in an IAT sensor some where in the intake track

I was under the assumption he is already running a 6 wire MAF. If he buys this MAF(4 wire) he would just need to switch the meters. Of course I am not sure if he will need tuning to compensate for the larger MAF size.

The MAF itself is basically just a tube with a housing built in for a meter. Take the meter out and it does not know if it is a 4 wire or 6. So if takes out his meter(6 wire) and switches it with the 4 wire meter in the larger MAF it effectively become a 6 wire MAF. No need to change the pig etc. Hope this better explains.

Is it that easy to change? just unscrew his 4-wire and my 6-wire will bolt right up?

Yeah. But, I am not sure if the meter needs to be re-calibrated or if it can be done with your SCT.
