several people i know have worked for GoDaddy, and they have nothing good to say about the support staff's management... granted, a lot of them were really good tech's, but the engineer's behind the site itself must be retarted...

they've hosted my sites for 9 years now, and I found out with my most recent site that they're located locally to me (Phoenix, AZ)... great support staff, quick on everything, and their site is a cakewalk to use compared to GoDaddy's... just thought I'd throw that out there
