Real upholstery leather, not garbage from ebay.
Ask anyone here how long last theirs and how happy they are.
My brother's zx2 is a 1998 model with over 100k miles and today still looks like this:

I have the exact same boot...I got it at advance for like $35, and installation was a no-brainer. Just tuck the skirt under the plastic bracket and thats it.
