Disappointed at lack of "I support the site people"

Well as the title reads I'm a little disappointed at how few people carry the title "I support the site".

I don't know if it's a certain level of donation that gets that title or not?

I know not everyone here has a ton of cash to throw around, but this is the way I looked at it when I clicked on the "Donate (http://teamzx2.com/misc.php?do=donate)" button.... I thought to myself... Ok... How much money have I saved over the years by being on this site? How many tech tips and do-it-yourself articles have I used, and how much money have I saved by purchasing parts from other members on this site???

I'm not saying everyone has to donate "gobs" of cash.... but a few bucks would go a long way towards this site.

I'm sure Team ZX2 has helped everyone here in the past.

Time to "dig deep" and help out the site!!!

if i could i would but my income is directly related to the economy and gas and all that bs. im barley struggiling to pay for bills and gas and college much less spend money on extra stuff. if i could i would. but at the current position that im in I cant.

I got insurance commin up in a month and student loans start then so I gotta save till then.

Once the 6 months of insurance is paid up, I'll be sure to donate. This site HAS helped me a lot over the years. I also get a lot of laughs from the site.

LOL, mines the truth tho. I just started at a job on the 7th. Give it a month or so and you will see me with "I support the site".

There is a local forum I want to support also... but I havent paid for it yet either. They have hidden forums for supportin members also.

Yeah, Carl, I was in no way trying to "guilt" people into anything. Just purely making an observation, voicing an opinion and trying to get a fraction of others to look at things in a different way.

Well the software the forum is running on and some of the hacks came to a total of 340. But I already paid that/am paying it. Kind of just added it to the mickey mouse credit card. :monkeydance: Server is 10 a month(not a big deal). I never really thought about this stuff cuz I just paid it and moved on. I had people suggest I implement this stuff, and it was logical.

The money I am receiving I am collecting and am going to put it towards starting a run of t shirts, hats, and stickers. Which is about 1000 for everything. So it helps. The more towards the final price the cheaper it will be per unit to each member.

FYI:
JohnP donated within an hour of it being up and active. Before I even posted about it. ZZZX2 also donated the most money...by a lot. I almost shat myself when I saw it.

Subscription forums are a good thing to look into as well, people. We have the Freedom forum up and running, but not many people in there. Yes us moderators have to pay for it, too :-)

I'm sure CJW appreciates any donation that you choose to give, so don't feel bad if you can't give as much as the next person... don't feel bad if your financial position doesn't let you give anything, either. He doesn't expect it, like he said, but it does help out with things.
