Image of the 4 bypass jumpers from my '00 S/R. I believe the premium amp wiring is the same for '98 - '02 models years. i don't have any information about the '03 ZX2.
Remember to remove the bypass jumper from behind the dashboard and to install a plug and harness that connects the headunits 4 amps (8 wires0 behind the dash.

Note that the 8 speaker connections shown here are the lower row of 8. 4 run to the back of the car, 4 run forward to the dash where they are jumpered to reach the door speakers.
The upper 6 connections (2 groups of 3) do not have anything to do with speaker connections. (They provide power, ground, turn on sidnal etc. The audio signals are delivered using the other smaller connector.)
