Okay. So yea the title speaks for itself. Why is it everytime i find a decal or front mount or just something in general that I like for my car my b/f gets up adn throws a fucking temper tantrum that "its gonna look stupid" and then proceeds to tell me that if i buy said object for MY cr that he is not gonna put anything else onto the car adn if i need something fixed that i need to get someone else to do it.

WTF.. Im sorry but its NOT HIS F***ING CAR. I mean when he needed $600 for breaks and lines I bought them and when he put that stupid front bumper on his 1991 escort GT did I tell him not to NOOOOOOO. I let his ass ride around looking stupid because he thought it looked good becuse it was HIS car.I but half the stuff (usuallu the more expensive stuff) for his car and im talking about getting a $4 decal for my window and he completely flips out. Why cant he respect the fact that not everything thats mine is his. I mean forrel I dont drive his car, but ever since i got the zx2 he likes to leave his car and take mine leaving me with my truck. UHHHHHHHHHHHH and on top of all that my daughter wont stop screaming "TOYS" yet she has a million of them around here.

Intake and struts are cake. I'd spend the money on a shop manual and the tools (pretty basic hand tools. Just take your time and you can learn to do anything ;) Body kits I've never been fond of. Thats why I went with the '03 since the front is more aggressive looking stock.

as far as working on/upgrading the cars is concerned, theres all kinds of stuff available on the internet to help you with installation. i have learned A LOT just from digging through stuff on the internet. ive also found that there are a ton of people willing to help out a fellow car enthusiast, if you send an email to a manufacturer, they will usually send diagrams and instructions.
