I would ask Escortpimp, I think he made pretty good numbers on a stock block, He may have out in ARP rod bolts and thats it....

Well it's all in the tune... I know someone that ran 20 psi on a stock block for 1 week... but honestly for the avg. guy, I'd say 8psi.... at 230 WHP the Rods go... so play it safe

Keep it under 220whp and you'll be fine for awhile. Anything above that is a gamble.

Yes it does. I'm on my 3rd tranny. I keep blowing diffs up. I put the PG in and so far it is holding. I'm pushing 180,000 miles on the factory motor with original factory parts. Nothing inside the engine has been replaced or failed, even after running out of oil for about 5 minites several years ago. I'm running 8 psi in a Super 60 on a base tune. By no means am I easy on this car either.

ii was told that with my 14b i could run up to 15 on the sketchy side or about 12 to 13 safely but since i can seem to figure out my mbc im just blocking the waste gate to 8 psi alot easier

At least I won't have to call you to come get me from the track. We have AAA now. Even if I had a race ready engine right now for the car, I wouldn't put it in. I want to see how much longer this engine will live.

im running about 11 on my stock block, my old block had 155,xxx miles on it and never had a problem with it, this block thats in there now has around 75,xxx miles on it and still havent had a problem with it either. but im still under the 220whp mark so im hoping im still safe for a while, and i dont drive my car easy by any means either.
