Spotted White ZX2

I was cruising on culebra road in San Antonio last night and came up on a dropped white zx2 with a body kit, underglow, and exhaust. Is it anyone on here?

Oh yeah I forgot, license plate starts with 969. Couldn't get the last three letters/numbers.
