Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
9 sun dried tomatoes
12oz cream cheese
1/3 cup real bacon bits
1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix

Before you start put a bunch of bacon bits in a bowl for rolling your cheese ball in once done.

1. Mix all of the above together thoroughly. You can try a spoon but really you will need to use your hands.
2. Once mixed really well make it into a shape...normally a ball.
3. Roll the shape(ball) in the bacon bits
4. Enjoy the bacon ball!

And as an update. Everyone at worked loved the cheeseball. And I got a dozen requests for the recipe. So I think it's a winner. One guy said it didn't have enough bacon.

Shoulda included acoupla drops of your chili extract. That'd set it off.

I put that in my equally easy chilli cheese dip. lol

1 can chilli no beans
1 block of cream cheese
1 handful of cheddar
1 tablespoon of my hot sauce

Also delicious.

Send me a tiny bottle of your hot sauce with my present day stuff so I can make some of the chili cheese dip.

Ok. The last batch I made I made a small canning jar with it because I had extra but not enough to fill a bottle. I'll throw that in there.
