Just noticed you posted that. That was a huge event for Vermont. I guess they expected half the state to go watch it lol. They did a ton of work trying to save it before they said screw it and demolished it. I hate to think about all the money they wasted trying to fix it. It's good they're finally replacing it, it was in shit condition. I heard there was never any maintenance done on it, so it's not surprising they had to demolish it. I rofl'd at how many people were mad that it was being demolished, even though they're getting a new one. They're all mad because it's going to take them longer to get to work

Yeah, I loved how people wanted them to fix a bridge that wasn't fixable, especially after they spent months trying to fix it. They also act like the bridge isn't going to be replaced. ROFL at the hippie douchebags.
