Headlamps

It looks like there is condensation on the inside of my headlights all the time. Is there anyway to clean them up without replacing them?

I'd like to buy new headlamps and signal lights but I'd like to get my stock ones clean before I do.

Remove them, use a blowdryer to remove the moisture, seal them up good if there is a crack, hole or a bad seal where the bulb goes in...done.
