I'm in the process of building a pantry where the washer and dryer stand now. The 3rd bedroom (not pictured) will be divided. Half will be a utility room and half will be contributing to the master bedroom/bathroom/walk in closet, which will take the place of that attached 1 car garage. More pics will be posted when i complete the pantry project.

Yeah he's kinda boring... except when he wants food, then he's annoying. He's my wife's dog.

house looks great powder, I was just gonna say, whats with the two garages until I saw you mention that you are turning the 1 car into the master bedroom.
Check out www.easyclosets.com, you can use their online tool to design in the space you have and then build it yourself, or order it from them.
Just outta curiousity did you cut the wood laminiate floor up like that? If you just took pieces out, I'd be careful as it would appear they did not stagger the pieces so eventually the joints will work themselves loose.

That laminate is going away in the future in favor of bamboo.

Looks rather rural, are you far from a major city?

Not too far. Most of this part of WA still has tree's, so it looks more rural than it is.

Lookin' good man. You and I are doing a lot of simular projects... I have 2 bedrooms that I tore a wall down in. 1/2 of the old room will be added to the master bedroom the 1/4 will be a walk in closet and 1/4 will be added to the master bath. Also took down a couple other walls and built one. Looks good man. I bet you're learning a TON. I'm about 1 week away from being a professional contractor LOL.

It's nuts how much stuff is not done very well in this house. Driving me crazy. Like the wiring. The fridge is on the same circuit as the friggin outside light and like 3 sockets, but none of them are in the kitchen. Then there's like 2 plugs in the master bedroom that are on the kitchen circuit. The garage circuit is the same as the bathroom...
Might take some pics this weekend when i get er all tape and mudded in the living room. I think we're gonna put a closet door in too and sheetrock for the linen closet in the hallway.

I feel you on that one... i am midway through my garage conversion redo (previous owners F'ed up bad). I had 4 differant sockets on 4 differant circuits. I got it down to two now, and dropped the loads on another. I also found a random 220 in the wall (ZAP!!! LOL) that I moved into the utility room...

I left the baseboard heater power in the wall and detached it from the breaker. I'da had to tear out so much sheetrock to get it all out there was no way i was doing that. Should be a good summer for our renovations. We need to get the heater sorted out first and foremost though. It's gonna be expensive but we can't live w/o it in the winter.

Here's 3 more pics. Whenever i get more time (since i'm fishing tomorrow) i'll be starting on the tape and mud for all the sheetrocked area's that need it. I'll post pics of that soon.
First is of the patched hole from the first wall we tore out, and also where we had to patch a hole from the old fire place chimney.

Last 2 are of the sheetrocked linen closet.

Nice work by the way, can't wait to see the finished product.
I helped my friend and his dad refinish there kitchen, taring down the walls was fun haha. They had a pantry type deal that we got rid of to make the kitchen bigger.
I could never do something like this by myself, Good work.
