i got a focus turbo header, intercooler, piping, and blow off valve. the turbo ill be running is from a turbo chrysler. so its water cooled. what else do i need, and where do i hook up every thing at

Wastegate, injectors, maf, tuning, oil lines, fuel pump, colder plugs, bunged oil pan, couplers, water cooler (maybe).

If you don't know how to hook it up, perhaps you should do some extensive research and reconsider installing it.

Do not reconsider installing it, but you definitely have a lot of research to do.

Ignore the pessimism you find here, focaljet is a great place to find helpful answer to do with turbos. There are about 250x as many boosted cars on focaljet then there are on here.

Pessimism is needed when his car is at stake. Don't spoon feed the kid then say I told you so when his car is blown up.

Certainly start reading. If you don't have another vehicle you can drive then don't boost this one. The car will be down a month longer then you think and will cost twice as much as you budget. The hardest part of boosting this car is finding a good tuner for it.

There are 30,000+ members on focaljet, and coincidently, more boosted zetecs. More boosted zetecs means more opinions, thoughts, and answers.

You do realize my daily driver is not my project car, right?

And the turbo kit I am selling I have known I wasn't using for the past 9 months. My turbo kit is a littttlee bit better.

I still own 2 zx2s after I sell this one.

I just bought a 99 mystique v6 and am converting that to a SVT with the money from the sale.

i know how to hook it up i just dont know where every thing is on the car. the turbo has an internal wastgate. and i was just wondering if i ran low boost can i do it on stock fuel system and everything

i was gonna run 5psi temp and upgrade as i go. ive got 577cc injectors but they are for an srt4 if they will fit i can change the injector plug. my main concern is about the cpu can it handle 5 psi with out an sct tune and where can i get a maf that will handle 18psi that i will run after rebuilding my engine
