I went to mom n dadz in Knoxville for Mem. Day Weekend, and posted on the regional thread that I'd like to hook-up w any zxtuners in the area before I went, and zx2loon obliged my offer. He showed me the greatest hospitality and we got along great.
I will never forget the words- "I figured its memorial WAY DEEKEND, so we should have some good bud." HA! This was shortly after beginning to get ourselves sheeetfaced. He introduced me to some of his long-time friends, and we hung out at Matt's house for the UFC pay-per-view. BTW don't argue any point about the UFC with loon. He's seen EVERY fight!
After watching the end of the fights we all went to a cool little pool hall where Amy (a friend of a friend's wife), who has legs to die for, got herself stupid and misunderstood something and got herself kicked out. Rather than subject me to the drama, as his guest, Kevin motioned for us to bounce elsewhere.
He offered for me to crash on his oh-so-comfy couch. I took him up on the offer cause he could lead me, rather than me being hammered in a town that I'm unfamiliar with and gettin nailed for bein a drunk driver on Mem. day weekend.
I had been up since 5am Sat. morn., had worked half a day, and had drove 5.5hrs. to get there. I was beat, but having a great time. we got to his place around 3am Sun. morning, and "expanded" our minds, and generally just talked about some serious shit for a coupla hours. At 5 o'clock I told him Im sleeeepy I been up for 24hrs.
Kevin, I greatly appreciate your hospitality! Your wife will be proud to know that she has a genuine jewel of a husband. I have the greatest respect for you from our conversations (oh and the tec9 deserves a bit of respect, too!) I look forward to the meet in Aug. Cya, dude!

He's a complex soul, in my opinion. A fun guy, tho!
Alot of our conversation at his place was regarding my situation involving my marriage.

PS Kevin, thanks for your advice! We're gonna try some things to spice up our life.

I've studied human psych and behavoiral identifiers for years....I'm not a genius by any means but can point out reality in any situation and can get people to not only see the other side of things but multiple sides of things. My advice is usually right on the mark even though most don't listen until bad things continue to happen....

He's a complex soul, in my opinion. A fun guy, tho! Uhhhh, no I'm not. I don't have a soul. It's all a diabolical plan to get eveyone to follow me so I can creat my own cult! :vit:Alot of our conversation at his place was regarding my situation involving my marriage. Not really....We discussed your wife for maybe 20minutes....I kept the conversation out of that direction for a reason. I said my peace and moved on....
PS Kevin, thanks for your advice! We're gonna try some things to spice up our life. Sounds like maybe you listened?? Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Oh, and that gen-u-wine husband thing you said in your first post.......that shits gota stop right here right now. I have a reputation to uphold....I don't need you saying stuff to make people think I've gone soft. I still beat my dog and drink beer and walk around in my undies to get the mail. I'm as
bass- ackwards as any other redneck and don't put up with shit!! Put that in your chicken and cook it!! :pissednana:
