So I've seen the other threads on installing aftermarket headlights and I'm wondering if there is an easier way...
I bought an Evo 2 front for my 1999 ZX2 which doesn't have the stock fog lights and I'm wondering how to wire the fog lights to my car.
I don't have a problem with installing a switch on the inside or hooking them up somewhere else, I just need something that works and is easy to do...
Suggestions please!

Evo front, it'll look like a frog.
But, select the foglights you want. Many of them come with a relay and wire kit (many Pilot lights do) that include directions for installing the wires. If you need ZX2 specific wire colors (like for parking light power or ignition power) then read the 'Remote start and keyless entry' how-to in the Knowledge Base. It includes a wire chart in the post.

Well when I bought the front, I got the lights with it so I already have them...
The lights have a black wire and a red wire, about a foot in length. Any suggestions on what I could do with them?

you should be posting this in the newb section haha
red = 12v
black = ground
tie the 2 black wires together and ground them as close as possible to the lights. anywhere on the frame of the car. make sure it is bare metal.
with the red power wire you can do many things. wire them to a switch so u can control when they turn on and off. wire them to a relay from the ignition wire will always turn them on.
but i recommend using a switch since those are hella big fog lights and im sure people will get pissed sooner or later.

So once i wire them to a switch, I should just wire it to the battery or could I wire it to the ignition? And which wire is the ignition wire? (Very noobish question, I know, but I just want to make sure...)
And where do you buy switches for cars? lol

Like I said before:

Thanks for the advice, I think I'm going to wire it to the ignition 2 wire.
But this still leaves the question of where to buy the right kind of switch...
Any suggestions?

Most fog light kits come with an on/off switch and a relay fuse...(at least mine did) If not, you should be able to pick one up at a Pep Boys (I think we sell them) or a Radio Shack.
