So I bought a Wii

...and I was wondering what games are for it that are worth playing. Right now all I have is the Sports and Play discs, looking for some other stuff for it. I like the golf and the bowling. Other than that, I always liekd racing games and first person shooters. This was just a system to satisfy the wife, I am still going to be buying a 360 or PS3 soon, just need some games to tide me over until then. Tried to find Mario Kart but it was sold out everywhere in town.

No More Heroes..

It's fun on an artistic level, says I.

It destroys the third wall at every opportunity, and is quite entertaininig.

Though it has it's moments where it resorts to the shock factor that had always turned me away from te GTA series...

I'd Give No More Heroes a 7/10

but that's just me...

i downloaded a bunch of classic games. all the old mario's, zelda's, donkey kongs, and a few others. my wife and i grew up in the nintendo/super nintendo era..and played N64 when we were teens...so we love it!

mario party is good if you have people over. Game Party is a small game that's fun for that too...with darts, skiball, etc. Tiger Woods 08 is a blast...you actually swing the club, so that puts a whole new spin on the game. if you have a young son..Go Diego Go is easy enough for my 3 y/o..and entertaining enough for me to watch him play.

mario kart is awesome..played it when i was in alaska..but have yet to find it around me. also, wii fit is on my want list.

wii party is one of the most popular "games" because it comes with a remote. Although its definately more of a training game than anything else. It helps you get the different motions down smooth.

I've been having alot of fun with mario kart.

You will love the MOH games with the Zapper! It is like the arcade meets home gaming, then there is the online MOH. I persoanlly love it. Some of the names people have are hilarious.
