I'm thinking about upgrading my suspension to the eibach/sr combo, because I don't want much of a drop, just better handling. My question is, what other strut-related parts should I replace when doing the install? New strut mounts, bolts?

New strut mounts would be a good idea. Bolts would depend on the condition. You probably will end up replacing the strut to knuckle bolts in the rear . The original ones are usually heavily damaged getting them out.

The S/R springs and struts can be the greatest thing since sliced bread, for you.
It certainly makes the car look better.
But consider fore/aft visibility -it will be reduced with a lower car. Ingress/access will be reduced - it can be a pain to stoop low to get in/out after a while, especially after many entrances/exits.
Curb clearance will be gone. Stock just about makes it for the average curb.
Winter will have it's own problems - you can float the car up on snow easier, or get stuck, and you don't want that.

An extra inch is a lot to some guys.
And even more to their girlfriends.

And wives! While you are working on that, it would be an opportune time to check up on your ball joints, tie rods, and any front bushings.

One inch is a lot if you are the Mayor of Munchkinland!
