Hey guys, I don't remember who, but there was a thread I can't find now (probably on the old site) that was talking about the camera mounting options... Lots of ppl gave crazy ideas and some others good ideas.

I don't know if someone will remember but I mentioned the solution I was going to use this summer and ppl were not too excited about it and prefered the gettho seats mounting options.

WELL, let me just tell and show everyone I just installed it in the S/R and took it for a ride.

If ppl don't recall, here is the mount in question:

Here is the vid (sorry for the crappy quality, had to downscale it and downsize it A LOT)

I personally use it for my laptop as well (hooked to the XCal2)

wuts the song in backgroung? it's got a cool beat! lol And I like it but, for auto-x, I would preferebly have it more in the back seat... But nice job! looks nice and sturdy!

I could mount it through the moonroof if I want LOL... I could set it backwards... no problem there. the advantage with this is it's adjustable. FULLY adjustable.

ho and btw, it is installed on a seat bolt on the floor, so you could install this in the back as well.

I use a suction cup mount. It fastens to the inside of the front windshield, just under the sunviser. It has a safety tether in case is falls off. After a 30 minute track session not a movement.

Here's the in-car if you didn't already see it.
