will the ground controls that fit the kyb shocks with the tokico s/r shocks.
Im asking because i plan on buying a set of gcs from a member, he has the kyb and i have the tokico.

If any one has the tokicos and can get the part number to verify.

Here's the part number off of the passenger front: 69543

If I recall correctly you need to move the silver metal cap at the base of the strut before you can get the gc's on. But they will fit

As far as a part number, are you asking about the S/R strut number, or the GC part number? (i am not quite sure what you mean). But anyway I have a set of GC's matched up with S/R Tokicos. As mentioned above you do need to remove the cap on the strut to get the GC sleeve on. The only other modification you could make is to trim the strut perch so that you have easier access to the adjustment perch to raise or lower the car (this will also aloow you to drop it even lower).

The part number i posted is on the ground controls, i need to know if the ground controls that fit the tokico have this same number. They were on a kyb shok and i want to put them on a tokico s/r shock

there shouldn't be any dimensional changes between shocks (i.e. kyb, monroe, stock tokico, s/r tokico, etc), so if the GC kit is for the zx2 then it will fit.

The only things you will need if you don't have them would be the rubber O rings that go around the strut body to help fasten the GC sleeve in order for it not to move. I recall someone also used duct tape instead.
