amp floor mounting

anyone did that? mounting amps under the seats on the floor? any of u can give me some tricks or ways of fixing the amps on the floor?

many times....just make sure there is nothing under the floor where you mount the amp and use some self tapping screws..not to long though and make sure you paint the underneath when you get done to prevent rust

okay... I guess its the only solution. I thought about it but wanted to avoid drilling the floor itself... I guess I'll just use bolts + nuts... don't like the self tapping screws idea.

bolts and nuts work as well...if you ever remove the amp you can either weld the holes or fill them with silicone

I did that! Worked perfect. Never mounted or anything. Sucker was heavy enough to just stay where it was. As long as you don't have the wires and such, facing the person in the back seat they wont get budged. People kicked my amp and nothing happened. I mean it wasn't the best amp but I didn't care!
